What information we collect

When you submit the contact or home collection request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, the service or package you are interested in, your preferred date and time, whether you want a home visit or a center visit, your area or address, and any message you write.

We also record basic technical information with each submission — the time of submission, your IP address and browser user-agent string — to help prevent spam and misuse.

Please do not submit sensitive medical records, diagnostic reports or confidential health information through the website forms. The forms are intended only for enquiries and booking requests.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and coordinate bookings or home sample collection.
• To send you a confirmation email and, where relevant, follow-up communication about your request.
• To protect the website and our systems from spam, abuse and fraud.

Contact form and email communication

Form submissions are delivered by email to the center's support mailbox and are used by our team to contact you. A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provide. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

This website uses a privacy-conscious analytics configuration to understand aggregate usage (for example, which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked). IP addresses are anonymised and advertising signals are disabled. We do not send health details, names, phone numbers or message content to analytics.

Data security

Email credentials and other secrets are stored server-side as environment variables and are never exposed to your browser. The website is served over HTTPS and uses standard security headers. Access to the support mailbox is limited to authorised center staff.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained in the center's mailbox for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, after which they may be deleted in the normal course of mailbox management. If you would like your enquiry data removed, contact us using the details below.

Third-party services

The location map uses OpenStreetMap tiles. The “Get Directions” button opens Google Maps in a new tab; if you use it, Google's own terms and privacy policy apply. The “Use My Location” button only accesses your location after you click it and grant browser permission.
